I am having fun!!
I have made some new goals for myself this year and I am following through with them all. I have set out in life with a new attitude and out look that is for sure...I realized how much fun my life has been since my family and I sat down and talked about all of the good times in life. The time I got bit by a rattlesnake, my brother and I played with a tarantula, chased road runners with a plastic bat, watched my cousin sit on a porcupine and have to get the quills pulled out of her butt, try sliding down a plywood like it was a slide and much, much more...LOL what a life thus far!!!

I'm just not sure I'd call some of those things fun! Laugh! Sounds interesting at any rate. Life is short (no matter the days we are given) so enjoy each one. I learned the hard way that life can be snuffed out at any given moment (lost my husband who was only 49 yrs old). Enjoy what life brings; the good and the bad, and use it all as a learning experience to share with others. And keep having fun!
Marianne
poor girl...I couldn't imagine sitting on a porcupine!! ha! Anyways, hope you are staying warm over there, the windchill here has been crazy, it needs to snow more! Have a good one!! As for me I've got to get back to cleaning...so I know I'll stay warm!!
JC......... You do seem to have lead an exciting life thus far. Where do you that you have pocupines? And i can tell you as well as Marianne did .. live life to the fullest you never no when it can be taken away. I've lost 2 of my daughters. Life is presious have the time of your life while you can.
I am sorry to hear of your losses. Life is precious, very precious, that is why I live by my own words "It is never to early, but always to late" and that has a lot of meaning to me, cause I was to late once telling a friend of mine that I loved them before they died. Now I make sure I have no hard feelings with people and make the most of life.
I'll stay warm even though it is cold out...thank god I don't have to ride a bus or sit out side for school to open like in elementary, middle and high school, LOL. The porcupine thing happened in Montana.
Hi J.C.,
Don't you know you are supposed to eat the rattlesnake instead of him eating you!
I definitely greet every day being grateful just to wake up. My life is so blessed. I never forget it these days. I put myself out there more than I ever have before with honesty and compassion and yes, tell people I love them, usually at least one a day.
You have truly helped make this term a good journey.
See you on the Scrabble board and on FB in general.
