What do you hunt, JC? Louisiana is a Sportsman's Paradise. It is major deer season around these parts. I love deer burgers and sausage. The backstrap makes a wonderful delight with rice and gravy. I never thought I would eat bambi...geez! I be feeling guilty sometimes ;)

Lol, that is the major season around here right now to! We just have the white tail deer; no moose, elk or caribou :(. I also hunt/dig ginseng, goldenseal and other varities of roots. I would like to try hunting turkey, squirrel, caribou, snapping turtle and rattlesnake, and I don't kill for sport nor do I waste what I hunt. My dad and I have given the people porcupine quills for their head dresses and ginseng leaves to them to make tea for their people. My family has a long line of medicine men in the family tree and I liked it so I have followed in my families steps.

Hi J.C

You realize that they are not really kitty cats right, lol? Skunks do not make good pets.

Hope the smell comes out.

Lol, just like the cartoon with the skunk and cat. I do like the smell of skunks and I honestly would like one for a pet...maybe. It would be better than a dog cause you could identify who ever was on your property for a week without getting sued for damage done by the skunk unlike a dog. Growing up my dad had a pet raccoon for 2 or 3 years until the mail man and the gas man said enough was enough. The raccoon would sit up on the roof of the proch when my dad was gone for the day protecting the house from everyone. God my family is like the Waltons meet the Beverly Hillbillies and I am Lil' John Clampett lol.
